Logistics Coordinator

Legacy thrives on innovation and bringing the best experience to our attendees. This role involves managing the logistics of the conference and ensuring that the event runs smoothly.

 

You will be:

  • Working with the Operations Lead to plan and implement various components of the conference

  • Using research and metrics to base decisions

  • Multitasking. This role involves many  moving parts at any time so being efficient and driven is key.

  • Coordinating with the internal and external teams to effectively organize and execute ideas

 

You'll need:

  • Drive and hustle

  • Some previous experience in a logistics type position

  • Thrive under a fast paced, constantly changing environment

  • Be very organised and efficient

  • Be able to build relationships in a professional manner

  • Have a desire to learn
