Paul Lem is an entrepreneur, doctor, and scientist. He is the founder of several high-technology and biotechnology companies, as well as Ottawa-entrepreneurship club Fresh Founders.

Paul is the CEO and founder of Spartan Bioscience, creator of the world's smallest DNA analyzer.

In 2008, Paul published Master Life Faster: How to be Happy, Healthy, Wealthy, Smart & Social, a book with scientifically-proven systems for success including how to launch a new business.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology from the University of Toronto, and a medical degree from the University of Ottawa. He graduated from the inaugural class of Singularity University. In 2010, Paul was honoured with the $200K Premier’s Catalyst Award for Best Young Innovator.
